Administrative Policies
Record Retention
Advanced Computing, Inc. will retain all records pertaining to course attendance and CPE credits awarded for a period of five years after the completion of each course. This will include program materials, records of participation, date and location of course, number of credits earned, results of program evaluation, and names and credentials of instructors, discussion leaders, or program authors.
Refunds
Upon written notification of an unsatisfactory educational experience, Advanced Computing will offer the choice of a complete refund of the course tuition price or a seat in another course of the student’s choosing.
Course Cancellation
For on-site training, the decision to cancel is made by the sponsoring company. Advanced Computing reserves the right to charge a 50% cancellation fee if the cancellation is made less than five business days before the contracted start of the training.
Issue Resolution
Students can call the Education Manager of Advanced Computing, Inc. at any time to register an issue. All attempts will be made to resolve the issue on the first call. If a refund is in order, written notification will be requested for our records. If the complaint can not be resolved with the Education Manager, students are welcome to contact Mary or Carl Salerno for resolution. To reach us, please call (888)-HELP-ACI.

Advanced Computing, Inc. is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing
professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit. Complaints regarding registered sponsors may be addressed to the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, 150 Fourth Avenue North, Suite 700, Nashville, TN, 37219-2417. Web site: www.nasba.org.
In accordance with the standards of the National Registry of CPE Sponsors, CPE credits are granted based on a 50 minute hour. Field of study: Specialized Knowledge and Applications.

This program has been approved by the Institute for Certification of Computing Professionals (ICCP) for awarding contact hours to be credited to Professional Development records of Certified Computing Professionals (CCP). For more information, call 847-299-4227.
In accordance with the standards of the ICCP, 8 PDC credits are granted for one day courses and 16 PDC credits are granted for two day courses.
